Before the re-opening of Simon Rogan’s Henrock Restaurant and Henrock Lounge & Conservatory at Linthwaite House, Bowness, on 17th May, the team is launching a unique outdoor dining experience on the terrace at Henrock, overlooking the hotel’s extensive landscaped gardens, with its stunning views overlooking Windermere. Opening on Wednesday 14th April, for five weeks only, the Spring Terrace Pop-up, will be open all day from lunch to dinner, with reservations being taken between 12 noon and 8pm, Wednesday to Sunday. A large canvas marquee, equipped with heaters and cosy blankets, has been installed, so come rain or shine you can enjoy the Spring Terrace Pop-up whatever the weather. The team has created a one-off dining experience, serving comfort food favourites inspired by Rogan’s favourite dishes from countries around the globe, whilst utilising local produce as much as possible. Terrace at Henrock is available for five weeks only from Wednesday to Sunday, from 14th April until 16th May, and must be booked online in advance. Additional seasonally inspired drinks, as well as sides can per purchased, vegetarian options are also available.
